Do you have an order minimum?
Yes, all custom orders require a minimum. Custom corporate, client gifts require a minimum order of 12 boxes. Custom bridal party gifts require a minimum order of 6 boxes.
How much notice is needed for custom orders?
We require 3-6 weeks for the design, sourcing, and assembly of custom orders. However, we will do everything we can to accommodate shorter lead times if we have stock to fulfill the order. Please contact us soon, so we can get working on your order!
Do you offer gift assembly?
Yes, that's one of our favorite parts! Gift assembly is included for all pre-curated gift boxes. For custom designed boxes design and gift assembly fees typically starts at 15% but may be higher depending on the scope of the project.
Where do you deliver?
We hand deliver custom orders to personal residences and places of business within 20 miles the Pasadena, California area. We also ship within the USA.
